A Structured Path to Mastery
Handley follows an apprentice, journeyman, and master development structure. This creates clear lines of responsibility and gives developing tradespeople direct access to experienced instruction.
- Each apprentice works directly with one journeyman.
- Each master leads and develops one to three journeymen.
- Employees who join Handley with little or no trade experience work with us for at least 12 months before becoming eligible to apply for an apprentice-level position.
This structure allows skills to be developed deliberately, work to be reviewed consistently, and knowledge to be passed from experienced craftspeople to the next level of the crew.
