Construction
With the plans and proposal finalized, our construction team brings your home to life. Our in-house craftsmen work alongside trusted specialty trades, with consistent project oversight to maintain quality, coordination, and progress throughout construction.

Ongoing Material Selections
Throughout construction, you will work directly with our in-house design team to select materials, fixtures, and finishes within the budgets established in your proposal. This personalized design guidance is included in our building process at no additional cost.
Selections are carefully scheduled throughout construction so each decision is made when needed and the project continues efficiently.
05.
Fit and Finish Installation
Our finish carpentry, painting, and specialty crews bring together the materials and details selected for your home. From cabinetry and trim to the final finishes, each element is installed with the care and precision that define Handley craftsmanship.
06.
Final Walkthrough and Handover
Together, we complete a detailed final review, introduce you to your new home, and ensure everything is ready for move-in.
