Old Milton HWY Garage

The Old Milton Highway Addition expands the existing home with a new 25' × 25' garage, laundry room, and additional living space. The project combines new construction and updated exterior finishes to create a seamless extension of the original home.

Update July 1, 2026

Roof trusses are being installed on the Old Milton Highway Addition, bringing the new roof structure together over the garage and expanded living spaces. With the trusses in place, the overall shape of the addition is becoming fully defined.

Next, roof sheathing and roofing will begin as we work toward getting the addition dried in.

Update June 19, 2026

Exterior wall framing is complete on the Old Milton Highway Addition, bringing the new garage and expanded living spaces above the foundation. With the walls standing and the shape of the addition established, the project is ready to move into roof framing.

Next, the roof structure will begin tying the new addition into the existing home.

Update May 22, 2026

The foundation is poured and framing of the new floor system is underway at the Old Milton Highway Addition. With the foundation complete, the addition is beginning to transition from concrete work into the structural framing phase.

Next, the floor system will be completed and wall framing will begin.

Update May 11, 2026

Excavation is complete for the Old Milton Highway Addition, and footing installation is underway. With the site prepared and the new footprint established, work is moving into the foundation phase that will support the garage and expanded living spaces.

Next, the footings will be poured and foundation construction will continue.
